Founder & President
Clem Efevawere-Onowotu
Clem is a lawyer, business consultant, and philanthropist. He is the founder of the Clem Efevawere-Onowotu Foundation and Clem Efevawere Memorial Schools, focusing on community development, education, and social welfare. He holds an LLM in International Dispute Resolution and a law degree from the University of Portsmouth, England. He presently work as a consultant for Sparrowserve. Through his foundation, he actively leads initiatives to support local communities, including infrastructure projects.

Vice President
Clementine Precious Efe Efevawere
She serves as the primary deputy to the President with sole responsibility of commissioning projects and bringing fresh ideas to the foundation. She act as ambassador for the NGO.

Executive Director
Kovie Winifred Oghotoma
Kovie execute the mission, report to the Board of Directors, and drive fundsraising and public relations. She partners with the board to establish organisational goals. Ensuring all programmes adhere to the NGO's mission while exploring new growth opportunities. Kovie holds a doctoral degree and brings her wealth of experience to the board.

Principal Admin, CEMS
Beatrice Ewoma Okorafor
Beatrice is a qualified, trained secondary school teacher. She is the chief administrator and instructional leader of the Clem Efevawere Memorial Schools. She shapes the school's educational vision, oversees daily operations, manages budgets, and evaluates teaching staff. Ultimately, the principal is responsible for student well-being and maintaining a safe learning environment. Beatrice also acts as the primary liaison between the school, parents, the governing board, and the wider community.

Secretary
Rosemary Okeke
Rosemary is the foundation secretary who ensures legal compliance, manages vital board documentation, and facilitates communication. She supports the executive team and management committee by organising meetings, maintaining accurate records, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Rosemary is a Biochemistry graduate from the Kaduna Polytechnic.

Accounts Lead
Ifo Justina Kingsley
Ifo is tasked with the role of working behind the scenes to make sure all of the data is in order. Handling money and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to. Ifo holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
